1. Who we are
dlogify is operated by Pimzee LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us" or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information about visitors of dlogify.com, account holders and members of organizations.
The logs and events that customers send to the Service ("Customer Data") are processed on behalf of the customer who sends them. That customer decides what to send and is responsible for it. How we store and delete Customer Data is described in the Data Retention Policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password, which is stored only as a hash. If you sign in with GitHub, we receive your name, email address and profile image from GitHub.
- Organization information: organization and project names, members and their roles, and the email addresses of people you invite.
- Notification settings: the members who receive email notifications, and the webhook, Slack and Discord URLs you configure. Webhook signing secrets and Slack and Discord URLs are stored encrypted.
- Billing information: your plan, billing contact, invoices and payment status. Payment details are collected by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information: the IP address and browser user agent of your sessions and requests, used for security, rate limiting and session management.
- Communications: the messages you send us.
- Customer Data: the logs and events your applications send. They are redacted before they are stored, as described in the Data Retention Policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service: to authenticate you, classify your logs, write tickets and summaries, and deliver the notifications you configure; to send service emails such as email verification, password resets, invitations and digests; to bill paid plans; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; to provide support; and to comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use Customer Data to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies the Service needs: a session cookie that keeps you signed in on dlogify.com and api.dlogify.com, and a preference cookie that remembers the last project you opened. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
5. Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the Service, each limited to what it needs:
| Provider | Purpose | Information |
|---|---|---|
| Infrastructure provider (United States) | Servers and database | All information stored by the Service |
| Cloudflare | DNS, network and TLS for dlogify.com and api.dlogify.com | Traffic in transit, IP addresses |
| OpenRouter and the classification model it routes to | Error classification | Redacted error data: message template, one redacted example message, top stack frames, counts |
| OpenAI | Severity review, ticket writing and INFO summaries | Redacted error data, stack trace, up to 30 surrounding log lines, counts and examples |
| Resend | Email delivery | Recipient email address and email content |
| Stripe | Payments | Billing contact and payment details |
| GitHub | Sign-in, if you choose it | Your GitHub profile basics |
Requests to AI providers are made with settings that disable training on the data where the provider offers them. Webhook, Slack and Discord notifications go to the URLs you configure, at your direction. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of the Service, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy.
6. Data retention
Error samples, tickets and INFO summaries are kept for 7, 30 or 90 days depending on the plan; account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. The full schedule is in the Data Retention Policy.
7. Security
We protect information with tenant isolation in the database, hashed passwords and API keys, encrypted webhook secrets and redaction before storage. The Security page describes these measures. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update your profile and manage your organizations in the dashboard. To access, correct, export or delete your personal information, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and will answer within 30 days. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under its privacy laws; we honor them as those laws require.
If your information is part of the Customer Data of one of our customers, please contact that customer; we will help them answer your request.
You can turn off notification emails by changing your project's channels. Service emails about security and your account cannot be turned off while you have an account.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Where information is processed
The Service is operated from the United States, and all information is stored and processed in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information is transferred to the United States.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
